The size of your gathering will determine how many staff members you'll need. (Minimum of two staff members and five hours, including set up, clean up, and travel time for all parties). $35.00/hour per staff member. A Day of Event Coordinator $225 includes a site visit and will be present day of event.

Full-Service Catering requires a $2,000 minimum (before service charge and tax). Tables, chairs, and umbrella rental costs are additional.
